Christmas Celebrations 2021

Due to work schedules, radiation, and weather, we celebrated Christmas early. We celebrated December 18-19. It was a fun time. Mom and I drove from Ogden to Altamont that Saturday. We didn't get an early start (due to picking up bread bowls and wrapping gifts), so we didn't get to Altamont until late afternoon. After unloading the car, I took Rozy for a walk and I caught a beautiful sunset.

After the walk I came home and it was time to eat. None of us got pictures of dinner. We had lamb stew, corn chowder, and butternut squash soup with bread bowls. It was yummy!

After dinner it was time for a portal session and time to play our annual movie game. Can you guess the movies? Most of the movies are set in the 40s.

The North Avenue Irregulars
The Bachelor and the Bobby Sox (she also had a pair of socks representing bobby socks)

On the Road Movies with Bing Crosby and Bob Hope

My Favorite Wife

Adam's Rib

Francis the Talking Mule Movies

She Wore a Yellow Ribbon

North by Northwest

After we chatted for a while longer it was time to go to bed so Santa could come. We decided to portal again at 7 for all the gift opening.

As you can see, we were all very blessed. I'll do another post with all the gifts received.
No one took pictures the rest of the day. Thanks Carol and Mandy for taking pictures. Merry Christmas to all!
