I had the opportunity to attend the funeral of Tyrell Mitchell on Nov. 20. He and his family use to live in Altamont. His father was the sheriff and his mom was a school teacher (I had her for science in 4th grade).
It was a lovely service. Tammy, his sister, gave a nice talk on memories and stories of Ty. Jeff Goodrich also spoke. He shared a few memories and talked about the Gospel and God's plan.
We will miss you Ty. I wish the family comfort at this time.
