It’s rare that my unit gets thank-you’s from past patients. Other units have received notes, flowers, and other items. We had a patient who was discharged earlier in the week stop by and get permission to by us the workers and the other patients still on the unit pizza. I’m not a huge pizza fan, but I thought this was so sweet! So yes, I definitely ate some!
