As we were waiting for our food, we saw the waitress. She had a couple of small plates and a shot of Brandy in her hands. We watch her come closer and closer. We were all wondering what we had ordered or who had ordered the Brandy. After a few seconds of wondering I thought it had to of been Aunt Ann. She was the only one who ordered something we didn't know about.
While the waitress was setting down the plates Aunt Ann asked her, "What is this for?" The waitress replied, "It's for your cheese. Now don't any of you drink it or else you won't have flaming goat cheese. You'll just have plain old cheese." Then she walked away.
We all just stared at the Brandy, shocked that we had ordered something like that. The waitress came back with the goat cheese. She set it down on the table. Then she told us (Aunt Ann, Avan, Anna, and me) to scoot back. The flames can get close. So we scooted back. Then she poured the Brandy all over the cheese. Then she asked us if we were ready. We said yes. She took her lighter and lit the cheese.
It was awesome. The flames didn't go as high as I had expected them. There was a lot of heat though. The fire stopped when the alcohol burned out. We cut the cheese and ate it. It really wasn't that bad, or at least I didn't think so.
