Flaming Goat Cheese?

So as many of you know the Mathis and Thayn families (or as now the Gardner and the Thayn families) go to Grand Junction, Colorado for the after Thanksgiving sales. For lunch we eat at a bar called the Blue Moon.

So in my Speech and Drama class yesterday we played a get to know you game. You had to write down 2 I Haves and 1 I Haven't. My first I have was I've eaten flaming goat cheese at a bar. I can't remember my second I Have. My I Haven't was I've never been to four corners. 

As my teacher Vickie Jessen read these off we had to guess the person. Everyone knew it was me because mine was the last card. So she read the first one (the flaming goat cheese). Everyone just stared at me. My friend Heather Bruce was like, "It's true. She's told me."

Vickie then asked how they made it. I couldn't think of the word Brandy. So I told them that it was goat cheese and they put alcohol over it. Then they light it on fire to have a cool effect and burn out the alcohol. 

Needless to say, I shocked everyone(HeHeHeHe)! Vickie read the others, but I don't think anyone heard them.
