We now have to wear masks at work. I'm not going lie, I strongly dislike it! I feel like I spend more time touching my face trying to adjust the mask. Either it's to high and it is going into my eyes or it's too low and coming off my nose. They are disposable masks that are only suppose to be worn once. We have to wear the same one over and over until it soiled. My first mask I had for 3ish weeks. I finally was able to get a new one from the nurses. Thanks Dave! Also thanks to our tech Alaina! She made the headbands with the buttons to save our little ears.
I wish I could wear the ones Mom made. I could take them home and wash them. They even have a wire to shape it around your nose. I feel like they would be more protective. It has 3 layers of cloth. The first 2 have interfacing and the last is a pocket for a filter, which i have a heap filter from Aunt Mary. But alas, HCA won't let us wear our own. Maybe at a later date....
