November Challenge

Throughout the month of November I decided to find at least one thing everyday that I was grateful for. Here is my list of all the blessings I had in November.

Nov. 1- Tracy’s support and being able to talk to Jen about the schedule and getting permission to do a grateful tree at work.
Nov. 2- Getting caught up on assessments so I only have to worry about the new people who come tonight and talking with a former client and hearing about her taking the pumpkin from the Halloween Intervention Group home and how she plans on using the other things she learned from the different groups
Nov. 3- Getting an extra hour of sleep, waking up to sunshine, and eating a yummy breakfast st work.
Nov. 4- It being the last of my 5 days to work
Nov. 5- Being able to find baby shower gifts and the tire pressure taken care of
Nov. 6- getting my drivers license renewed and seeing Aunt Joyce and hearing her surgery went well and they are 99% sure they got all the cancer
Nov. 7- Getting my December schedule fixed so I don’t work 6 -7 days in a row
Nov. 8- The items to build my Thankful Tree arrived
Nov. 9- Going to Melanie’s baby shower and visiting Grandma
Nov. 10- Going to Provo and visiting my Helena, Carly, Leiema, and JaNae and helping Helena start organizing her room
Nov. 11- Test driving Aunt Mary and Uncle Boyd’s Forester, playing the piano, and spending the night at Aunt Mary and Uncle Boyd’s
Nov. 12- Talking with Ronny about cars and safe travels to Grandma Gardner’s
Nov. 13- Visiting with Uncle Stan and Aunt Jerilyn, seeing Melissa and the kids and safe travels back to Ogden
Nov. 14- Groups went well and I had participants
Nov. 15- Getting caught up with assessments and putting up the Thankful Tree at work with Tracy and our clients for group
Nov. 16- Apology from one of the clients, it was sweet, and having participants for Ring Toss during movement group and meditation for regular group and watching the live action Lady and the Tramp
Nov. 17- Being able to play the keyboard at work
Nov. 18- Today being the last of my 5 days on and for the 2 day break and learning Aunt Joyce is cancer free
Nov.19- Going to Rec Therapy Banquet in Provo and catching up with some of my classmates, professors, and Karie (my internship supervisor).
Nov. 20- Getting caught up on laundry and eating at Village In
Nov. 21- Going to the residential side and participating in the recreation therapy group
Nov. 22- Eating pumpkin pie at work
Nov. 23- Seeing Grandma, she looks better than when I last saw her
Nov. 24- Nice weather to drive home in
Nov. 25- Playing the piano
Nov. 26- Walking Rozy and enjoying the country side and safe travels to Green River.
Nov. 27- Visiting with the family and helping to set up for Thanksgiving
Nov. 28- Thanksgiving and Family Parties
Nov. 29- Having Mom's Subaru Outback to drive back to Ogden
Nov. 30- Hot pads and comfy clothes
