Rock Creek, Roommate Reunion, and Father's Day

This was a busy weekend! My weekend started on Thursday when I decided to drive home to see Upper Stillwater Dam spilling over. This is totally a basin thing and I love it. It is one of my favorite places to go at home. I wish the pictures would do it justice. Mom, Mandy, Mary, Carol and I went up to see the sight. It was great and much needed for me to let some of my stresses melt away.

My attempt at some selfies with everyone

Friday night I was able to catch up with my former roommates from Price. We were just missing Shanna and Megan. What we didn't get was a group photo and this is the only picture I actually took. We met up for dinner at Chili's in American Fork. After that we went to Pleasant Grove's Strawberries Days. We went to this cute little place for dessert and I got some strawberries and cream. They were delicious! I also got this chocolate strawberry cheesecake for later. Jill had a Unicorn Shake with some other goodies and Amanda had strawberries and cream and a chocolate truffle of some sort. To end the night we went back to Amanda's and visited late into the night. It was so good to see everyone!
Saturday afternoon I headed up to Dad and John's for Father's Day weekend. It's been a while since I've been to their house with my sisters being there too. I've gone up for a couple of quick trips, but it's just been me. It was fun to have almost all of us (just missing Meg) there at the same time. They have a fantastic yard and we just like to sit outside and chat for as long as possible. Happy Father's Day to some amazing men in my life: Dad, John, Rob, Brent, and my uncles!
