I decided to take a walk today knowing that I wouldn't be able to take a walk for about a month after my surgery. I walked the Ogden River Parkway and came across these beautiful flowers. The roses are in the Botanical Gardens and the Sunflowers are along the walkway/river. Very pretty and a much needed walk!
