02-01-2016

Hello everyone! I hope that you all had a good week. From the title of this email you should all be able to guess this but, This Is My Last Email as a Full Time Missionary for The Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. But if there is one thing I have learned on my mission is that we are all missionaries. It doesn't matter if we are wearing a name badge or not. We all have the light of Christ. We all can be a little kinder to someone, do service, share our testimony, or whatever it is. We are all sons and daughters of a Heavenly King. He wants us to help each other so that we can all one day return to him.

I know that Jesus is the Christ and that he lives. I know he came to Earth and made an Atonement for us. This Atonement is infinite and eternal, never ending. It doesn't just cover our sins. It covers everything- the good and the bad. It is for everyone. Christ didn't come and just select a few people he wanted to save. He did this for Everyone.

I know that Joseph Smith was a prophet of God, and through him Christ church was able to be restored to the Earth to help and bless us.

I know that Thomas S. Monson is our prophet today. He leads and guides us. I know the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the true church on the earth and it is here that we can find peace and joy in this life and in the life to come.

This week was a great week! We spent Monday and Tuesday in Quebec for Zone Conference. We (the Elders and us) rode with the Petersen's. We were able to extend our P-Day so that we could visit the ice castle and drive through Old Quebec (everything was closed). Lots of fun! Conference was amazing. I wish I could just write everything I learned, but alas that would take a long time.

Yesterday I gave a talk in church in French. My first and people say it was good and that they could understand me. What a huge milestone for me! And we had 3 investigators come!! :) We had a potluck after church too. No it wasn't for me. ;) It was the 5th Sunday or Missionary Sunday so decided to eat all together. May and Frank's new baby is so cute. And they are doing well. They were able to come back to church yesterday as well.

I hope you all have a good week!
Thanks for all your love and support here on the mission! Keep being the amazing people that you are!

Love, Sister Gardner
