St. George

Well, I spent 12-14 of March in St. George. Oh the weather was great. I could wear my Capri's and short-sleeved t-shirt without getting cold. I wish I had gotten a tan though. Gosh dang it Brynlee...

I went to St. George for State Academic Decathlon and State Speech. Both were fun! I had some pretty interesting experiences though. During my interview for Acadec the lady told me I looked nice coming from a small town. How do I take that? The tests were hard. Maybe I should study more. Dianna Knight was my chauffeur. She took me between the 2 events. THANKS A BUNCH!!

The speech team did well. None of us made it to the final rounds though. At the end of the 1st day we went to a play. I think it was called 110 Degrees in the Shade. At the end of the play they had it rain on stage. By the end all the actors were drenched. After that Becca took Heather and I to get some food. Becca made Heather and I walk through the drive through. I'm not kidding either. We literally got out of the car and walked through because Becca didn't want to order.  All in all it was a good trip. Remember to Live Long and Prosper!

The temple was beautiful. This was the best pic I could get.

During speech a couple of us had to kill time. During this time the National Anthem was sung on a loud speaker and this flag flew over us. It was pretty cool!

We got bored. So when we went shopping I bought a frisbee. If you look close you can see the frisbee too.
