All Shook UP

    On May 19, I was able to go see Box Elder High School's production of All Shook Up Jr. Becca bought tickets for those of us that were up here to go watch. All who came: Rob, Becca, Nathan, Emily, Todd, Halie, Tathan, Kelsey, Kelsey's Mother-In-Law, and myself. It was interesting to watch the Jr. production. They cut out some songs and scenes. They cut out a full scene of Miss Sandra and her solo (the role I played in high school when we did it). I noticed at least another song Miss Sandra was a part of either wasn't there or was shortened and her part wasn't in it. Even with the cuts an changes, I thought they did a fantastic job! I know I giggled through it and so did Kelsey's Mother-In-Law.

The cook who made my breakfast this morning decided I needed some more fun in my life and made me some Micky Mouse pancakes. Thanks for putting a smile on my face this morning!

Carol's Birthday 2023

Tonight we celebrated Carol's birthday. Her birthday was actually on April 19, but we couldn't get together until tonight. Happy Birthday Carol! I hope you have a fantastic year!

 

Finishing My Masters

I finished my master's. It took me about 10 months to finish (started May 2022 and finished Mid-March 2023). I learned I had passed my final class at the end of our family's book club. That was a good day. I let work know and they also celebrated me. Here are some pictures from WGU, my ballon and goody bag, and work social media posts.

Singing/Emily's Birthday

Tonight I went up to Mantua to celebrate Emily Judd's birthday. They were having dinner together as a family/extended family. I made some fudge jumbles to take. I forget how yummy they are. 

During the celebration, Becca, Emily, and I went down to the Brigham City Tabernacle to sing. The stake was putting on a musical fireside. Each ward provided a musical number. Ryan (my choir's director) also arranged for our choir to sing. I forgot to take a dress. So I borrowed some sandals and a dress from Becca. The singing turned out fun.
